What is your return policy?

Thank you for shopping at A Lazy Natural Co! Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you purchased our product from one of our retailers, Partner Affiliates, or Brand Ambassadors, you would need to contact them, as we do not perform returns or exchanges on behalf of the third party entity.

Damaged or defective products purchased directly from A Lazy Natural Co. may be returned to A Lazy Natural Co. after contacting support@ayrusandsky.com. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product.

When completing an order, the customer must provide a safe and accurate address for delivery. Once an order has shipped, A Lazy Natural Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation. Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package, or the receiver to contact the carrier to schedule a pick up at the holding facility.

All orders have at least 1-2 business day lead time upon receipt of order. Shipping method applies after order has shipped. A Lazy Natural Co does not currently ship outside of the U.S.

Is pickup/delivery available for Omaha residents?

Pickup/Delivery may be available for Omaha residents. Please send us an email at support@ayrusandsky.com before making your purchase if you are interested in pickup/delivery.

Why is the consistency different from the product I just ordered to the one I already have?

We use 100% natural, non-GMO, hand-curated, sustainably sourced ingredients in all of our products. Due to the nature of the ingredients, the consistency and scent may differ slightly.

What if I had an allergic reaction to your product?

We recommend discontinuing the use immediately and contacting your physician. They can provide you details on what ingredient you may have had a reaction to. Our product ingredients are made available to consumers before purchasing.

Why is the product liquidy?

The molecular structure & composition of most oils are too large, which prevents them from passing through the first layer of the scalp. This causes your scalp to feel heavy, greasy, and dirty after repeated use. Our product's light consistency is formulated to absorb past multiple layers of the scalp.

Why is the product a red/pinkish color?

Our product does not contain any artificial coloring or ingredients, so the color comes from a combination of phytochemical constituents and hydrosols from the flowers and herbs they are extracted from.

Is this product safe for children?

The product has been tested and proven as safe for children, but has not yet been tested on infants and newborns - therefore, we recommend not using the product on infants and newborns.

How should I store the product?

The product is best stored in a cool, dark area such as a cabinet. Storing the product in extreme heat could cause the vitamins, minerals, and nutrients to break down - thereby eliminating the beneficial properties.

If your product arrives frozen, you will need to allow it to slowly warm up to room temperature. Attempting to microwave or place the product in hot water may cause the glass to shatter.

Does the product expire or go bad?

The product is best used within 6 months upon receiving.

Can I use this product on my facial hair?

Our Severia Serum was specially formulated for the scalp and for the facial skin underneath the beard. We recommend using much smaller quantities when applying to facial hair. A little goes a long ways!

Why do I need to shake before use?

Since our product does not contain any unnatural chemicals, shaking it before each use ensures that each application to the scalp contains the full spectrum of ingredients.

Why can't I put the dropper directly onto the skin?

Allowing the glass dropper to directly touch your skin, then putting the glass dropper back into the bottle will introduce bacteria into the product, thereby decreasing the safe shelf life; Therefore, it is highly recommended to put drops of liquid on the hands, massage, then apply to the desired area(s).

Why does it take so long to release new products?

Here at A Lazy Natural Co, we take great pride in every single product we release. From the individually handpicked ingredients, package & shipping designs, and the efficacy of the product, we believe that our products should be more than just "ok" - they should solve problems. All of our products are scrupulously tested for contraindications and efficacy before their release so we can ensure your experience is magical.

When will this be available for purchase?

Our Mangave Moisturizing Shampoo will be available for purchase and fulfillment by the end of April 2024, but pre-launch will begin towards the end of March 2024 for those who wish to skip the line!

Is this shampoo for beard use, hair use, or both?

Both! The product is specially formulated to wash away flakes, dirt, and debris from your hair and beard, without leaving that terrible squeaky, overly drying feel to your strands.

Does the shampoo contain sulfates?

Our Mangave Moisturizing Shampoo is completely sulfate free!

Is this product safe for children?
